On March 10th at 6pm. Louise will be hosting a fun and interactive gathering at Ottawa's Greenhawk Store (Slack Rd. Nepean). The event is open to all who are interested in being stronger and more flexible in body and mind. This event is going to change the way you relate to your horse. You will learn some key movements to stretch and strengthen those parts of the body that get stiff and weak when you spend hours in the saddle (or sitting at a desk).
