DAVALON STABLES

In the spring of 2009 I will be presenting my Yoga and Horseback Riding Workshops, Boot Camps and Seminars at the beautiful Davalon Retreat Farm. A twenty minute drive from downtown, Davalon is located south west of the city at the pinnacle of Ottawa's surrounding highlands. The moment I set foot on this 100 acre sanctuary a heartwarming feeling penetrated me to my core and I knew this was a place for me to share and grow. Davalon's natural setting is the perfect venue to explore your full potential on both the physical and spiritual planes.
